Welcome to the English pages of Expat Medical Clinic!               

We are concentrating on the medical needs of expatriates in Hungary. We, that is a group of doctors who have been treating patients together, putting together our knowledge and experience to achieve effective and accurate diagnosis and treatment. We are not cooperating because some investor or director chose us and did not find better doctors to work for him, but because we fully trust each other's experience and attitude towards people, whether sick or healthy. Some of us belong to the small group of independent doctors in Hungary, others are partly or fully employed by the state in clinics and hospitals. Through these colleagues and through contracts with these or other state, city or private hospitals, clinics, and laboratories we have the possibility to use the equipment and personnel of these institutions.  

It is important for us that it be possible for our patients  from all  over Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australia to feel as secure in dealing with a medical problem as in their home countries. In fact, it has been mentioned as a reason to be sad about having to return home from Hungary  that medical house visits or office visits without waiting time would have to be forgotten about.

In order to ensure continuity before, during and after your stay in Hungary we supply you with the medicines you are used to. We continue the vaccination schedule of the children with the same brands they had earlier. (Unfortunately some of the vaccines normally used in Hungary are not updated fast enough.) On the other hand we'll advise you on possible changes to that vaccination schedule or other changes to your habits made necessary by the circumstances in this country.
